When the housing market crashed most home lending experts got depressed or changed jobs – not Steve. Instead he got motivated and reinvented his place in the San Diego Market. How do you make a mortgage broker stand out in the crowded world of California real estate? Aimee & Marc Blase along with Jane Weeks, brand strategist extraordinaire, decided to keep the look simple and the message local. Now, on the upside Steve is rockin and rolling, proving there is always opertunity in adversity.
We took a photo of a San Diego beach and tweaked it until it became abstract color bars. The client made it mandatory that we keep his portrait so, we added a “local since 1987″ seal to the layout helping bring the composition of graphics and his photo together as well as establishing him as a trusted name with over 20 years of experience in the industry and the area. Even though the website doesn’t include an actual BLOG, it was created entirely in Word Press giving the client the ability to update the site content at his leisure, in real time – without ever having to call or email us!

Sonco Pools is located outside of Chicago. This is a 13 million dollar family business, which is celebrating passing on the reins to the next generation. A few months after the launch the results are starting to come in. Last week we had a 583% increase in traffic!!!! They are happy and so are we. Our bounce rate is fantastic and leads are on the rise. I love this site and it proves that really getting to know an industry is essential to getting results. A new cooking club and soon to be restaurant in Truckee. After using my hybrid brand building technique, I came up with a name that was so true to Chef Kris that in two short weeks he launched his school and started building a loyal following. In the months after, we evolved the name to include the illustration based on chef Kris mantra 'you got to put love into your food every step of the way". I'm happy to be part of Kris's success and am looking forward to helping with the concept and design of his new space.... SOON TO BE ANNOUNCED! Sonco Pools & spas, outside of Chicago is a family run business that had more heart and sole than their current website displayed. I am excited to re brand and deliver them a look and feel that really complements the high standards they hold them selves to. Mike and Jen are amazing to work with and have become an intricate part of our creative team. We'll keep you posted on the final outcome.
