I’m inspired at the thought that I could help bring a sustainable consciousness into mainstream - main street business and help bring advertising into a new era. I have spent over 20 years in the ad industry as an advocate and activist against the status quo. About 12 years ago I got tired of swimming upstream and began to conceptualize how my talent and skills could better reflect my personal values and ideal lifestyle. I wanted to work with and for like-minded people that had passion, curiosity and the guts to venture into new territories. After 9/11 I began to fully realized ETHICA, a virtual agency of seasoned creatives that searched for and guided clients toward what is now called Sustainability.
Just as I was about to launch E T H I C A , I stumbled upon a fabulous new un-marketed green product right here in Tahoe. I decided to take my commitment to Sustainability to the next level, so I tracked down the product’s inventor, partnered with him and shifted gears. ETHICA dropped everything and fully focused on developing this project. In February 2007, ahhNatural was born. After a few years and minimal budgets, now ahhNatural is successfully in the marketplace and gaining share. This has been the most challenging and rewarding adventure yet--stretching my capacity for risk, vision and creative thinking.
